Fixed Rate

• The cryptocurrency rate is fixed when funds are deposited into our wallet, not when you submit an application.
• The exception is stablecoins (USDT, USDC, and others) — their rate is fixed when you submit an application.

Working Hours and Application Processing

• We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (European Time)
• Applications are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays, but you can use our Telegram bot, which is available 24/7 and allows you to perform an exchange (swap) yourself.

AML Check

• All transactions undergo mandatory AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.
• If the transferred funds are marked as High Risk or are associated with illegitimate sources, the service reserves the right to request verification of the user's identity.
• Transactions from prohibited or sanctioned platforms
• Transfers received from exchanges and services under international sanctions
• (e.g.: CommEx, Garantex, Hydra Market, Tornado Cash, Blender.io, Lazarus Group, Genesis Market, ChipMixer, Sinbad.io),
• as well as from Iranian platforms (e.g.: Nobitex.ir, Arzpaya.com),
• (e.g.: CommEx, Garantex, Hydra Market, Tornado Cash, Blender.io, Lazarus Group, Genesis Market, ChipMixer, Sinbad.io),
• are subject to blocking and additional AML verification.
